Access to all Congress activities (meetings, exhibition, ...) is subject to registration.

Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees and a larger selection of hotels.
Read the registration and payment conditions carefully before registering online.

You can register as follows:
(all payment methods are accepted: cheque, bank transfer or credit card – VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
by secure online registration and payment via the dedicated congress website
(available September 2016)

Upon receipt of your registration and after payment clearance, the Congress Office will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration and accommodation details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts.

Registration requests or changes by phone will not be processed.

The Delegate registration fees include:

  • Admission to all congress sessions, posters area and technical exhibition
  • Congress documents (final program, online abstracts book, congress bag)

CADAVER WORKSHOPS (Rates include 20% VAT)

Hands-on cadaver workshops are designed to provide practitioners and residents in the field of comprehensive demonstration and training in minimally invasive procedures. These are realistic experiences allowing participants to enhance their surgical techniques and interact with fellows, faculty and industry leaders.
These workshops will be held on May 2 – 3 – 4 , 2017 at the Ecole de Chirurgie du Fer à Moulin (Paris):
- Each workshop will last 4 hours from 8.30am - 12.30pm.
- Limited number of seats. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis!
- Participants are required to dress in casual attire or scrubs. Leaded vest will be provided.
- VBH tests will be required for all participants.
- Exact times, practical and access information will be sent to workshops attendees.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress:

  • Up to February 15, 2017: 100€ will be withheld for administrative fee
  • Cancellations between February 5 and April 15, 2017: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
  • After April 5, 2017: no refund

Copy of the bank transfer must be sent along with the registration form. Do not forget to mention on the bank transfer order the name of the person you are paying for. The organizers will not absorb bank charges.

Insurance and Liability Disclamer

The WCMISTT and MCI cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Meeting proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.
The WCMISST and MCI as organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants during the congress activities.
